There's a PHP error, above indicating problems with an extension called "mod_pwebcontact". It seems to be this extension https://www.cmsportal.net/joomla-extens ... ntact-form. (link provided for information, this is not on the JED):

Please confirm if this is the extension that is shown in the error.

When you turn debug off, are you getting a blank screen, instead of the site loading as expected? It may be caused by this extension for some reason.
