However from https://downloads.joomla.org/language-p ... ns-joomla5 (note the different URL), the translations do seem to work.
There is a difference in URLS: the non-working one ends /language-packs/translation5. The working one ends /language-packs/translations-joomla5.
Make sure you're using the correct URL.
